Popeye the Slayer Man (Movie)

Everyone has a dark side. Two years ago we were trick or treated to Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honey. In 2025, it's Popeye's turn to flash his evil persona.

We dedicate two episodes to a new blood-crusted horror entry: Popeye the Slayer Man.

Episode 123 features the filmmakers: Cuyle Carvin (also our esteemed co-host), Robert Ryan, Alexander Tucker, and Nathan Todaro.

Episode 124 is the actor' cut: Cuyle Carvin hosts a trio of actors including:

Angela Relucio, who plays Margot, a real estate broker looking to make a quick buck on the abandoned spinach canning factory.

Sarah Nicklin, who plays drug addict Adrienne. Sarah's character flees from drug dealers to hide in the factory -- a really bad choice.

Sean Michael Conway, who plays Dexter, a wannabe documentary filmmaker. Will this film be his last?

Logline: A curious group of friends sneak into an abandoned spinach canning factory to investigate the legend of the "Sailor Man," who is said to haunt the factory and local docks.
